A case of producing a custom secondary battery charger tailored to customer requirements!
We would like to introduce a case study on the introduction of a "nickel-hydride battery charger." A customer, who had been sourcing and selling nickel-hydride batteries, faced a supply halt and struggled with the required performance, costs, and minimum order quantities (MOQ) for purchases. They reached out to us to inquire about the feasibility of providing equivalent products. By leveraging our network in the Chinese-speaking region and collaborating with a specialized manufacturer of secondary battery-related products in South China, we achieved charging performance that is not available in typical market products, as well as meeting the price and MOQ requirements through firmware-level tuning and the adoption of dedicated ICs. **Effects** - By meeting customer requirements and ensuring satisfaction, we established a continuous business relationship that led to sustainable business for both the customer and our company. - By also handling design components such as individual packaging boxes, we were able to expand our range of services. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
