Addressing the issue of adhesive tape sticking. After adopting the processing, the adhesion of the adhesive material has been eliminated, significantly contributing to increased productivity.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Toshical S TS-1800/UNA-1200" for an industrial machinery manufacturer. In the adhesive tape application device, when tape is applied to the workpiece and then cut, the tape tends to stick to the guide components that hold the tape down and to the cutter. When the tape sticks, it becomes impossible to cut or feed the tape. After adopting "TS-1800" for the guide components and "UNA-1200" for the cutter, the adhesion of adhesive materials was eliminated, significantly contributing to increased productivity. [Overview] ■ Customer: Industrial machinery manufacturer ■ Target: Tape application process ■ Implementation - Toshical S TS-1800 (guide component) - Toshical S UNA-1200 (cutter) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company offers contract processing for surface functional modification of various substrates. Primarily, we create a dramatically non-adhesive surface by adding unevenness to surfaces that dislike adhesion, embedding special resin in the recesses while leaving it in an uneven shape. We provide non-adhesive coating "Toshical(R)S Coating Processing" and "Fine Blast Processing," which overcomes the weaknesses of sandblasting and shot blasting, allowing for uniform control of surface unevenness. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests.
