Adhesion promoter for powder coatings BYK-3941 P has a substrate affinity bonding base, improving adhesion to challenging coatings and substrates.
Improves the adhesion of powder coatings to metal substrates that have undergone various pretreatments. It is also effective for use with powder coatings for non-metal substrates. This improvement in adhesion shows better results in natural salt spray tests (NSS) and other standard testing methods used for powder coating adhesion tests.

Applicable fields: Powder Coatings Recommended uses BYK-3941 P is recommended for all powder coatings and paint systems based on epoxy resins, polyester resins, and polyurethane resins. It is also ideal for mixed formulations of polyester and epoxy resins. This product typically needs to be used in combination with leveling agents such as BYK-368 P or BYK-3900 P.
