The JMP-S is a horizontal centrifuge designed with GMP compliance in mind. By adopting a manual casing opening and closing mechanism, it eliminates the need for hydraulic or electric devices, achieving an oil-free structure that does not contaminate clean rooms. When the casing is opened, the basket is right in front, making cleaning, inspection, and filter material replacement easy. It comes standard with a CIP cleaning nozzle, allowing for fully automatic and uniform cleaning. Additionally, it supports immersion cleaning, enabling efficient cleaning with a small amount of cleaning solution. Since all operations are conducted under sealed conditions, operators do not come into contact with solvents or gases, maintaining a consistently clean working environment. The design separates the drive unit and the process unit with a wall, allowing the drive unit to be installed outside the clean room, thus achieving space-saving.
