The key to heat stroke prevention in factories and work sites is the completely dry mist "Cool Mist Line"! It can be achieved at a low cost.

It is a mist that does not wet products or workers at all. It can be used even in factory environments where getting wet is a concern. ★ With an average particle size of 15μm, it cools through high-speed vaporization heat. ★ In summer, it provides site cooling of more than -8°C (varies by environment), and in winter, it can be used for humidification throughout the year. There have been cases where the temperature in factories using steam dropped from 40°C to 27°C. ★ It can be installed in a space, requiring minimal installation area. ★ Both initial and running costs can be kept low. Air usage: 28ℓ/min, water usage is between 7mℓ/min and 40mℓ/min, with approximately 4ℓ used per unit per day (8 hours). ★ Easy installation If you have a compressor and water supply, installation is possible. Customers can also install it themselves, and it can be operational immediately. If there is no water supply, it can also be used with a water tank (available in 2L and 4L options). ★ Of course, it significantly reduces electricity costs. Compared to a spot air conditioner (2-port type) at 1.7kW, the Cool Mist Line uses only 0.264kW of compressor electricity, allowing for about an 85% reduction in electricity consumption per unit. ★ We will come for a demonstration (demo units are also available for loan).

The Cool Mist Line can be used both indoors and outdoors in factories. ■ For use, a water supply (water) and an air compressor (air compressor) are required. If there is no water supply, it can also be used with a water tank (optional 2L and 4L water tanks are available). ■ Due to the ultra-fine particles with an average particle diameter of 15μm, it has high-speed vaporization heat. ■ The air from the compressor is at 95%, providing wind power, resulting in a perceived temperature of -8°C or higher (this may vary depending on the environment). ■ One unit can cool an area approximately the size of a tatami mat. ■ The main unit comes with a 45cm flexible arm and a strong clip. ■ Dedicated water pressure reducing device (one unit can be used for ten units). ■ Air usage: 28ℓ/min, water usage is between 7mℓ/min and 40mℓ/min. ■ Each unit uses about 4ℓ of water per day (8 hours). ■ Installation can be done by the customer. If installation is requested, installation costs and connection material costs will apply.
