Applications/Examples of results
■World's First. Transport Drive Using Magnetic Force Resveya is the world's first to utilize the principle of magnetic attraction and repulsion to rotate transport rollers. This has achieved an extremely efficient and low-loss drive compared to conventional belt systems. ■Advantages of Line Configuration Resveya's groundbreaking and clean principle can accommodate various transport environments in manufacturing processes. For example, it is ideal for clean rooms where air cleanliness must be maintained and for transport in food manufacturing sites. Due to non-contact drive powered by strong magnetic force, wear and dust generation are extremely low, resulting in low noise. "Transport quietly and eco-friendly." The Resveya series truly responds to customer needs as a "future-shaped conveyor." ■Promotion of Carbon Neutrality Carbon neutrality refers to the effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and offset the unavoidable emissions by subtracting the amount absorbed by forests and other means, effectively bringing emissions to zero. Compared to conventional conveyors that transmit drive through friction, magnetic drive allows for non-contact transmission, resulting in extremely low transmission loss. Under equivalent transport conditions, it is possible to reduce motor capacity. When converted to CO2 emissions, this difference amounts to an impressive 55%.
