Column purification is a method where a filling material is packed into a cylindrical container called a column, and the target substance to be purified, dissolved in a solvent, is passed through to achieve separation and purification. By utilizing the affinity between the filling material and the solvent, as well as differences in molecular size, it is possible to efficiently achieve high purity for substances that are difficult to purify through distillation. Fukui Canon Materials possesses large-capacity columns up to φ950 and can accommodate everything from research and development to mass production.
