Energy-saving and heatstroke prevention measures show significant effects: Heat insulation sheet case studies.
High-performance heat insulation sheet "Netsumamore"
Installed under the roofs of factories and warehouses, in high-temperature equipment within factories, and in various outdoor control panels. It significantly reduces radiant heat, demonstrating tremendous effectiveness for both energy savings and heatstroke prevention.
The high-performance heat-shielding sheet "Netsu Mamore" can cut almost all (95-97%) radiant heat thanks to its 99% pure aluminum coating. By installing it under the roofs, in the ceilings, and on the walls of buildings such as factories and warehouses, it alleviates indoor temperature rises, reduces air conditioning load, and contributes to energy savings. By directly applying it to high-temperature heat source equipment within factories (such as drying ovens, manufacturing furnaces, firing kilns, and piping ducts), it suppresses radiant heat and significantly reduces internal radiant loss, thereby lowering fuel costs, improving productivity, and providing heat-insulating mats that protect workers from burns and other injuries. It also helps improve the working environment, making it effective for heatstroke prevention. Covering control panels, equipment, and piping located outdoors or near high-heat equipment prevents failures and damage caused by heat. We offer a wide range of products tailored to various applications.
