We will introduce a case where scaffolding was assembled around the piping on a stage nearly 20 meters high above the ground for the installation of the piping!
We would like to introduce a case of "Bend Pipe Renewal Work for Cement Transport Piping" conducted at the Cement Service Station in Mie Prefecture. Bend pipes are particularly prone to wear, and as wear progresses inside the piping, holes will eventually develop. The bend pipe in this case had reached its renewal period due to aging, so it was decided to replace it. After removing the existing piping, we proceeded with the installation of new piping. Although we could only measure at two points, the entrance and exit, we conducted the measurements meticulously, allowing for a smooth renewal process. [Case Overview] ■ Reason for Construction - Aging of the bend pipe ■ Response Details - Removal of existing piping and installation of new piping - Scaffolding was assembled around the piping on a stage nearly 20 meters high from the ground for the work *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
