In food manufacturing environments with high moisture and oil content, these products prioritize safety for food, while also considering maintenance and safety. The popular Trebeya (TBC) allows for easy belt replacement simply by releasing the auto-tension mechanism with a lever, making frame and belt cleaning straightforward. <Food Conveyor Series Belt Conveyors> These conveyors use a urethane belt suitable for food transportation (with some exceptions). The frame is made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the motors are designed to be waterproof, corresponding to IP65 to IP55 ratings depending on the model. Additionally, the electrical components utilize an IP64 waterproof box, allowing for detailed adaptability to various transported items and transportation forms.
