Support from small-scale testing to mass production We can handle everything from approximately 100g of testing to mass production on a scale of several tons. With nine spray dryers, we achieve flexible powder processing tailored to needs, from development and consideration to full-scale production. 2. Consistent support from raw material preparation to granulation In addition to spraying supplied liquids, we also accommodate liquid preparation through ball mill grinding and homomixing. Equipped with testing machines compatible with organic solvents, we can process a wide range of formulations. 3. High-quality production through thorough cleaning We disassemble the equipment after each production run and minimize contamination risk through thorough hand washing. We maintain a quality control system with zero contamination complaints. Every year, we see a significant increase in testing as we approach the end of the fiscal year. **What is Spray Drying?** It is a technology that instantly dries a liquid by spraying it into fine droplets in a drying chamber, utilizing the surface tension of water to create spherical, highly flowable granules. Our company specializes in contract manufacturing, actively accepting trials and pilot production aimed at mass production, as well as drying and granulation tests in the early stages of research and development. Tests that are not intended for mass production are also welcome. - We can accommodate OEM in ton units. We can also manufacture concentrated solutions! - We can produce small quantities, around 100g, for prototypes only. We will enter into a confidentiality agreement with your company!
