Restoring the crushing efficiency of the crusher! A case of regenerating worn and damaged parts without replacing them with new ones.
We would like to introduce a case where damage and cracks occurred in the liner plate holding part, a major component of a crusher that has been used for many years, and a repair was conducted through welding. The customer faced the challenge of wanting to repair and regenerate efficiently due to the high costs associated with part replacement. After inspecting the damaged and cracked areas, we removed surface dirt and the degraded layer, and prepared the substrate. As a result, we were able to extend the machine's lifespan while keeping costs down through the repair and reformation of the parts. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Some parts of the crusher were worn and damaged due to long-term use. - Part replacement incurs high costs. ■Effects - Regeneration of worn and damaged parts without replacing them with new ones. - Extended machine lifespan while keeping costs down through the repair and reformation of parts. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
