Stanyl is an engineering plastic based on high-heat polyamide 46 (PA46), offering heat resistance in the 300°C class while maintaining excellent mechanical properties even at elevated temperatures. It combines high strength and stiffness with exceptional wear resistance and fatigue resistance, allowing stable performance during long-term sliding, continuous operation, or under high loads. Its extremely low creep makes it suitable for precision components that demand strict dimensional accuracy. Because it absorbs very little moisture and shows minimal property change under humidity, Stanyl is widely used in high-reliability applications such as gears, bearings, chain tensioners, clutch components, and high-temperature EV parts.
