This is a 30kW 3D fiber laser processing machine, the first of its kind to be introduced domestically. It enables high-speed and high-precision processing of everything from thick plates to complex shapes, accommodating shapes and high-strength materials that were difficult to handle with conventional methods. Additionally, the rotating head allows for simultaneous chamfering. Scheduled to be operational from 2026, this state-of-the-art equipment will significantly expand the processing capabilities of Kyowa Kogyo. The large 800-ton, 8m press is the first in the country to bend HARDOX sheets of 8m. It supports the shaping of large parts and long products, greatly improving the processing accuracy of high-strength steel plates and wear-resistant steel plates. Set to begin operations in 2026, it will enable the production of products in sizes and shapes never seen before.
