Acetylene gas is injected into the heating cell using pulses calculated using simulation infracurves. The heating cell can be stopped and started at will, and it is easy to add more heating cells when production is increased. |

Heating modules can also be added later when production increases. Quenching uses nitrogen cooling at 10 bar, making degreasing and cleaning equipment for quenching oil unnecessary. Since it is possible to produce in sync with machining, there is no intermediate inventory. |
