basic information
【Course Overview】 The new administration in 2026 will fundamentally inherit the seventh Basic Energy Plan and the GX Implementation Plan, along with the electricity and energy policies up to that point. However, several changes are emerging, including a review of the preferential treatment for renewable energy generation, such as solar power, which has continued since 2012; a scrutiny of related subsidies; enhanced cybersecurity measures for Chinese-made energy equipment; and the beginnings of policies aimed at reviving domestic manufacturing in the energy sector. This course will outline the trends in the electricity business system (securing generation capacity, promoting nuclear power, and balancing decarbonization with energy security) and the evolving businesses of renewable energy, storage batteries, and electric vehicles (EVs). 【Course Topics】 ■ 2026 Electricity and Energy Policy and Amendments to the Electricity Business Act ■ Strengthening Energy and Economic Security ■ Guidelines for Stationary Storage Batteries ■ Perspectives and Preparations for the EV Business ■ Related Q&A ■ Business Card and Information Exchange Session
