Wastewater filtration and resource recovery using a centrifuge for food waste treatment.
Filter and recover solids from wastewater generated in the frozen food manufacturing process to promote resource utilization.
In the food waste treatment industry, there is a demand for waste reduction and effective resource utilization. In particular, the solids contained in wastewater generated from the frozen food manufacturing process require proper treatment. Traditional treatment methods not only incur labor and costs but can also lead to resource waste. Our centrifuge has been used to filter and recover solids (such as croquettes) from wastewater generated in the frozen food manufacturing process. This enables the efficiency of wastewater treatment and effective resource utilization. 【Application Scenarios】 - Frozen food manufacturing plants - Food processing plants - Wastewater treatment facilities 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Efficient recovery of solids - Reduction of wastewater treatment load - Effective resource utilization - Reduction of waste volume
