**Features** - Achievement of ultra-low oxygen partial pressure: Gradual reduction of oxygen potential through vacuum pumping followed by Ar/N2 replacement (with diluted H2 as needed), and absorption of residual O2 by getter materials in the furnace. - High-temperature stability at around 3000°C: Usable up to 2800°C / maximum up to 3000°C, with precise control through gradual heating and holding. - Parallel evaluation of multiple samples: High flexibility in tray arrangement with rectangular trays/multi-layer shelves, enabling rapid parallel testing under the same conditions. - Seamless process from pretreatment to final firing: Continuous sequencing of vacuum, replacement, and heating to suppress recontamination/reoxidation. **Our Strengths** We integrate three technologies: "electricity," "equipment," and "chemistry" to develop innovative heating furnaces.
