- High Hardness Achieves high hardness with a coating made from a hard carbon source, realizing extremely high wear resistance. - Low Stress Due to low film stress, it has high adhesion to the product surface, reducing the possibility of film peeling. - Low-Temperature Applicability With a film formation temperature of around 200°C, it minimizes the impact of heat on the accuracy of the base material. It can also be applied to materials that are relatively weak against thermal deformation. - High Dimensional Stability As it is a thin film with a standard thickness of 3-5 μm or less, there is almost no shape deformation due to coating. It is also possible to maintain the surface roughness close to that of the base material. - Non-Contaminating Possesses excellent low friction, high release properties, and high dirt resistance unique to DLC, preventing the adhesion of substances to the product.

  By improving wear resistance, we aim to extend the product's lifespan and reduce maintenance costs. Since it has little effect on the surface shape, it is possible to achieve high durability and longevity while maintaining product accuracy. There is minimal distortion of the base material due to the coating, making it suitable for products with strict dimensional accuracy. With one of the largest equipment capacities in the country, we can apply DLC coatings to large and complex-shaped products (up to approximately Φ900 x 3000). For rolls, we can provide consistently high-precision products from iron core manufacturing to polishing and DLC coating in-house.
