Quantifying crack propagation energy with a maximum impact energy of 120,000 joules!
In the oil industry, the safety of infrastructure such as pipelines is extremely important. In particular, the toughness evaluation of steel used in low-temperature environments and high-pressure conditions is essential for accident prevention. The occurrence and propagation of cracks can lead to serious accidents, so accurate assessment is required. The DWTT instrumentation testing machine "DWT Series" instantly digitizes data such as "crack propagation energy," "plastic deformation," and "crack initiation load" for line pipe steel, allowing for the evaluation of steel safety. [Application Scenarios] - Toughness evaluation of pipeline steel - Steel evaluation for oil drilling rigs - Steel evaluation for storage tanks [Benefits of Implementation] - Quantitative assessment of steel safety - Reduction of accident risks - Compliance with API standards
