We have adopted a 20mm wide belt, which is wider than the typical 10mm width and easier to handle than the 30mm width. ● Offset bracket allows for R-surface grinding. The offset bracket enables R-surface grinding by utilizing the "deflection" of the belt. It can reproduce smooth curved finishes that are difficult to achieve manually on automated lines. ● Secure fixation to robots is possible. The main body is equipped with screw holes and positioning pin holes, allowing for secure and highly reproducible attachment to industrial robots and dedicated jigs. This leads to improved reproducibility in teaching and reduced time for replacement tasks. ● Compatible with air float attachments for stable processing. It is compatible with air float attachments made by FINESYSTEM Co., Ltd. This achieves stable grinding with a consistent pressing force, reducing uneven polishing and excessive removal.
