The vortex spot nozzle "Spot Sweeper 620" is an air nozzle ideal for pinpoint blowing with powerful vortex flow. Air discharged from a typical blow nozzle tends to mix and diffuse with surrounding air as the distance to the workpiece increases. However, the vortex spot nozzle can concentrate the discharged air into a diameter of approximately 110mm at a distance of 300mm from the workpiece by imparting a strong swirl to the air. Therefore, the amplified vortex, which incorporates surrounding air, is optimal for removing dust, foreign objects, and water droplets from grooves.
