■Sales Point 1 The dial allows for precise thickness adjustment, accommodating various ingredients and recipes. You can change the slice thickness from 0 to 20mm using the dial on the back of the main unit. Between 0 and 2mm, adjustments can be made in 0.25mm increments, and from 2mm onwards, in 0.5mm increments, allowing for fine tuning. (The slice thickness is a guideline.) It is ideal for slicing cheese, fruits, vegetables, meats like char siu and ham, as well as bread, and can slice ingredients up to approximately 145mm in height.
