It is a semi-automatic winding device. It is a winding test machine using one separator (folded type). It is capable of automatic winding with a reel-type separator, strip-type foil (anode, cathode), and winding tape. During winding, servo tension is generated on the separator, allowing for tape application and stable winding of the elements. - Stable winding of elements. By generating tension on the separator with a servo motor, stable winding operations are possible. By automatically supplying the start of the collecting foil, elements with high repeatability can be wound. Additionally, the tape application can be performed in a single sequence. - It has a safe design and a structure that is easy to work with. The operation during manufacturing is also simple. With a two-hand switch, there is no risk of hands entering during operation, preventing troubles, and the area curtain ensures immediate stopping of the sensors. Furthermore, once the foil is set, it is easy to manufacture by simply pressing the hand switch in the correct order.
