We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the reception system "Smart at reception" at Hands Corporation, which sells useful daily goods for living throughout Japan. With the transition to a free-address system at the headquarters, we have been advancing the operation of the cloud IT phone service "Dialpad" and adopted this system that can be integrated. Customers can easily search for employees from an iPad placed at the reception, allowing for reception without having to dial phone numbers.
