We would like to introduce our "Anilox Roll Cleaning" service. In recent years, flexographic printing has gained attention for its improved print quality and environmental benefits from using water-based inks. At Toyo Union, we propose a cleaning system using our dedicated anilox roll cleaning device, "PROFIL2000." By regularly cleaning the anilox rolls, we can extend their lifespan and significantly reduce the costs associated with their replacement. Our cleaning method using baking soda blasting does not generate secondary pollutants, unlike methods that use chemical agents, making it environmentally friendly.
