Multi-plate screw press dewatering machine | DRE-TSP-R series
Multi-plate Screw Press Dehydrator | DRE-TSP-R Series
Low cost, space-saving, maintenance-free high-performance screw press dewatering machine.
The DRE-TSP-R series sludge dewatering machine is a high-performance screw press dewatering machine that achieves higher dewatering performance than conventional types. ■ Multi-plate screw press (DRE-TSP-131-R) Designed for organic sludge, it features an energy-saving and space-saving structure that is resistant to clogging, along with an automatic cleaning mechanism, making it suitable for temporary sites (moisture content 75-80%). 【Features】 ■ Compact design, easy installation Achieves space-saving. After installation, only piping and power connection are required. ■ Energy-saving, low noise, low vibration Utilizes a low-speed rotating motor, considering environmental and safety aspects. It reduces running costs by consuming less power and eliminating the need for cleaning water. ■ Maintenance-free The auto-cleaning mechanism prevents clogging, allowing for 24-hour unmanned operation. ■ Short delivery time and specification changes Shortest delivery time (within 60 days) and accommodates design and electrical specification changes to fit the site. As a water treatment engineering manufacturer, we provide careful support from selection to operation.
