Added more dust collectors, improving the dust removal rate! Even fine soot, which was difficult to completely remove, is captured, reducing fly ash from the chimney, even for light materials like wood powder.
The "Small Incinerator Model D" is a model that improves the ash removal rate by newly equipping an independent cyclone dust collector. In addition to the concerns of fly ash during large-scale incineration of wood powder and wood chips, it effectively suppresses the generation of black smoke and fly ash from lighter materials such as paper and packaging waste. It is a product with excellent performance as a small smokeless incinerator. Please feel free to consult us regarding tax incentives and lump-sum depreciation. ■ Ash removal rate: >15μm (50% increase) 5μm> (10% increase) *Estimated removal rates compared to conventional models (excluding dust caps) ■ Structure: Combustion chamber & first dust collector → water-cooled, second dust collector → dry type *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.
