No need for a bug filter! Compact paint mixing process.
In the paint industry, the color matching process requires precise measurement and efficient mixing of powders such as pigments. Particularly in the production of small quantities of various products, the ease of handling powders greatly affects production efficiency. Powder scattering and adhesion can lead to a deterioration of the working environment and a decline in product quality. The mini conveyor adopts a cartridge filter, achieving compactness. It facilitates the suction transport of powders and contributes to the efficiency of the color matching process. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Color matching process in paint manufacturing plants - Addition of pigments and additives - Powder transfer from paper bags, pails, and bulk bags 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Suppression of powder scattering - Improvement of the working environment - Increase in production efficiency
