Grating for factory floors to prevent caster snagging, slipping, and material dropping.
This is a grating used for the floors and drainage channels of factories and logistics facilities. It features a composite structure with a fine mesh steel plate (expanded metal) attached to the surface of the grating, solving three challenges within the factory simultaneously. It makes it difficult for wheels of carts, casters, and transport vehicles to get stuck, ensuring smooth transportation operations. The fine mesh provides grip, reducing the risk of slipping for workers even on wet floors. Additionally, tools, bolts, and small parts are less likely to fall into the drainage channels, contributing to foreign object contamination prevention and reducing cleaning frequency. Based on high-tensile grating, it is lightweight and high-strength, widely compatible with various drainage channels and catch basins.
