We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "VideoStep" at Kurashiki Central Hospital's Nursing Headquarters and Pharmacy Headquarters. At the Nursing Headquarters, the challenge was that the procedure manuals did not effectively convey the appropriate force, leading to inconsistencies in the training content. At the Pharmacy Headquarters, there was anxiety about operating equipment due to the inability to share the fine movements of the fingertips in writing. After the implementation, the explanation time was shortened through pre-appointment guidance for patients using videos.
