We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "VideoStep" at Toyo Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The use of paper-based drawings and reference photos alone made it difficult to understand the procedures, resulting in many reworks. Creating work instructions also took a considerable amount of time, and often the intuition and tips were not conveyed to the same level as verbal communication. After the implementation, we were able to convey even the detailed movements of hands, reducing the burden of manual creation.
