We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "VideoStep" in the Manufacturing Department and Information Systems Department of Kitz Corporation. There were various challenges associated with the creation and operation of paper manuals, and the burden of translating manuals for overseas locations was significant. We felt that text-based information sharing did not lead to a high level of understanding. After the implementation, it became possible to convey business content clearly, which cannot be communicated through text.
