TC model / Example of packaging with Pradan
The TC (Total Closing Model) is a packaging machine that securely wraps products by combining stretch film with air cushioning materials, foam sheets, and polyethylene sheets. In this video, we will completely wrap stacked plastic boards. To prevent the protective polyethylene sheets at the front and back from inflating, they are rolled into the film packaging, and the end of the stretch film is welded to prevent it from dangling (no heat is applied to the main body). Additionally, to allow for unpacking without the use of blades, unpacking strings are incorporated into the packaging.
