On the other hand, many workplaces still rely primarily on self-reported health management, leading to increased burdens on managers and new safety challenges due to an aging workforce. In addition to the mandatory heatstroke measures starting in June 2025, legal obligations for safety measures for older workers have also been established, requiring many companies to strengthen their responses.
