In recent years, the normalization of extreme heat has made preparedness for heatstroke in the workplace an increasingly important issue. Particularly, the week immediately following the end of the rainy season is a time when the body is still not acclimatized to the heat, and the risk of heatstroke is at its highest. Additionally, the increase in days of extreme heat (over 40°C) has become significant, necessitating comprehensive measures that address these different risk factors. On the other hand, many workplaces still rely primarily on self-reported health management, leading to increased burdens on managers and new safety challenges due to an aging workforce. In addition to the mandatory heatstroke measures starting in June 2025, legal obligations for safety measures for older workers have also been established, requiring many companies to strengthen their responses. In this webinar, we will reflect on the heatstroke incidents from last summer and clearly explain the specific challenges faced on-site. We will also highlight the features of our safety management solution "SAFEMO" and provide detailed explanations on utilizing digital devices to transition from "sensation" to "numerical" management. This will be an opportunity for safety management personnel, labor and general affairs staff, and executives to learn about the latest heatstroke measures and practical methods for the fiscal year 2026. We encourage you to participate!

In this webinar, we will clearly explain the situation and trends of heatstroke occurrences in the summer of 2025 and introduce the initiatives that workplaces should take as countermeasures for heatstroke in the coming year.
