We would like to introduce our achievements in supplying "shelf-type vacuum dryers" to chemical manufacturers. Raw materials are filled into the trays of the shelf-type vacuum dryer and dried according to a predetermined operating program. Hot water is supplied from a hot water tank to the dryer shelves to heat the raw materials. Due to the low boiling point of the recovered solvent, it was considered that the condensed solvent could re-evaporate in the secondary side of the recovery tank, leading to a decrease in recovery rate.
