EddyView2 is the latest eddy current flaw detector in the EddyView series, which has received high acclaim in the aerospace and automotive industries. It retains the industry-leading flaw detection performance characteristic of the EddyView series while incorporating features such as an array probe, touch panel, smart probe, and dust and water resistance (IP65). It supports array probes with up to 32 coils and displays beautiful C-scan flaw detection images in real-time. With the newly adopted touch panel and redesigned menu system, adjusting detection conditions and confirming and saving detection results can now be done much more quickly than before. It can simultaneously use up to eight alarms, allowing for multiple NG settings based on crack depth, detection of the distance between the probe and the test specimen (too close or too far), and material identification, among various other applications. The IP65 dust and water-resistant sealed housing ensures safe use even in harsh environments with dust. For external interfaces, it offers digital I/O options such as USB and Ethernet, as well as traditional analog outputs, enabling broad compatibility with external devices.
