This is an introduction to a case where "Presscale" was used to set up a vacuum laminator in the manufacturing of solar cell modules. If the pressing pressure is not uniform, issues such as cell breakage and wrinkles in the protective film can occur. While vacuum pressure has traditionally been measurable, there was no method to measure the actual pressure applied to the cells. By using Presscale, regular process inspections can be conducted, allowing for production under consistently appropriate conditions, thereby reducing the occurrence of abnormalities and improving operational efficiency.
