"Negamold" is a food quality preservative and ethanol vapor type product. It is a food quality preservative that combines two functions: ethanol vaporization and oxygen scavenging. It vaporizes ethanol and adsorbs it onto food while also removing oxygen to maintain the quality of the food. The product consists of a powder that has ethanol adsorbed onto silica gel and mixed with iron powder, which is then filled into small bags made of a special film.
