This is a case study of finish evaluation using "Press Scale" for customers in industries such as display and printed circuit boards. If there is poor adhesion between the iron core and rubber of the nip roll for lamination, or if there are scratches on the rubber, lamination defects will occur. Additionally, if there are variations in rubber thickness or eccentricity, uneven nip pressure distribution will lead to transport defects.
