Near-infrared light has almost no heat and does not change the physical properties of the target object, making it excellent for non-destructive and non-contact monitoring of moisture changes when integrated into production lines. The housing is made of unpainted stainless steel (*), preventing accidents that could lead to peeling paint or rust contaminating the line. Additionally, it is equipped with dust and waterproof measures, complying with IP66 standards. This moisture meter is ideal for a wide range of production lines, including food and paper, where high-level quality control is required. (*Some aluminum is used. Please request an optional all-SUS specification if needed.) ● Optical design resistant to distance variations While it is ideal for the distance from the light source to the target object to be constant, many items flowing on the line often have irregularities. This device is resistant to such distance variations and can measure stably even with some unevenness. ● Easy creation of calibration curves with included PC software Creating calibration curves is essential when measuring a wide variety of samples. The included PC software can automatically create calibration curves with just simple data input. Measurement results can be graphed in real-time, allowing for intuitive monitoring of moisture changes.
