Hydrogen Sulfide Gas Survey Service for Pulp and Paper Mills
In paper mills, the corrosion of control panels and electrical equipment due to hydrogen sulfide gas has become a serious issue in wastewater treatment and raw water facilities. JMS's hydrogen sulfide gas survey service visualizes the occurrence of gas through long-term monitoring with high-performance gas loggers. We quantitatively assess corrosion risks and propose optimal measures to prevent equipment downtime and unexpected failures. We support infrastructure maintenance and reduction of maintenance costs. 【Use Cases】 - Understanding the occurrence of hydrogen sulfide gas in wastewater treatment facilities - Evaluating corrosion risks in raw water facilities - Checking the deterioration of control panels and electrical equipment - Preventing equipment downtime and unexpected failures 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction of corrosion risks due to hydrogen sulfide gas - Optimization of equipment maintenance plans - Reduction of production losses due to unexpected equipment downtime - Reduction of maintenance costs
