Participants will learn fundamental approaches to problem-solving through the Five Gen principles, pursue root causes using the "5 Whys" analysis, explore analysis methods that do not blame individuals, understand the importance of communication (Hōrensō), and examine how interdepartmental collaboration and organizational communication contribute to quality improvement.
