Features ◎ Since the heating element, thermocouple, and electric wires do not come into direct contact with the heated fluid, it can be used for heating steam and some corrosive gases. ◎ This heater eliminates dust and gas emissions to the greatest extent possible. ○ The heating element and thermocouple are sealed inside the inner quartz tube. The gas is indirectly heated by passing through the gap between the inner and outer quartz tubes. △ It is very tough compared to regular heaters, but the limits of the metal case (made of stainless steel), quartz glass, and heat-resistant rubber will depend on the usage conditions. × It is not suitable for heating fluids that contain substances that tend to remain inside the heater. ◆ Discharges high-temperature hot air at 500℃ in a short time. ◆ Equipped with a thermocouple at the hot air discharge section, allowing for easy temperature management. ◆ Can directly heat nitrogen, making it suitable for experiments with anaerobic microorganisms. ◆ Simply supply air and electrically heat it for discharge; it is safe and clean as there are no flames. ◆ The capacity of the hot air heater can be manufactured in a wide range from 100W to 12kW. ◆ The outer diameter ranges from φ13 to 140mm, and the heater section is compact.
