Cable Diagnostic Service for Logistics
Understanding the deterioration of high-voltage cables before a power outage.
Support stable operation of temperature management and reduce unexpected shutdowns.
In the logistics industry, especially in environments where temperature control is required, the stable operation of equipment is extremely important. Malfunctions in cables, motors, and generators that supply power to refrigeration and freezing equipment or conveyor lines can lead to a halt in temperature management, potentially resulting in product loss and operational shutdowns. To mitigate these risks and maintain stable operations, detailed preemptive equipment diagnostics are essential. Our cable diagnostic service addresses these challenges. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Warehouses and distribution centers where temperature management is crucial - Power supply cables for refrigeration and freezing equipment - Motors and generators for conveyor lines - Reducing the risk of product loss due to unexpected shutdowns 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction of unexpected equipment shutdowns - Maintenance of product quality through stabilized temperature management - Minimization of downtime through planned maintenance - Estimation of equipment lifespan and formulation of appropriate renewal plans

basic information
【Features】 - We have established a highly reliable diagnostic method based on over 20,000 diagnostic data points. - The cable diagnostic device allows for a reduction in work time. - It measures the "true insulation resistance value" unaffected by external environmental factors (rain, humidity, contamination, wind). - A reliable remaining life estimate is derived from an insulation breakdown voltage estimation formula based on over 3,000 diagnostic data points. - We conduct insulation resistance measurements, DC/AC voltage and current measurements, tanδ measurements, partial discharge measurements, and comprehensive assessments (using the MT method). 【Our Strengths】 Asahi Kasei Engineering Corporation conducts design, procurement, and construction (EPC) with maintenance in mind, and proposes appropriate maintenance based on design data. Additionally, we can propose information systems that not only focus on maintenance but also consider production efficiency and production loss. In maintenance, we are developing equipment diagnostic devices that utilize digital technology.
