1. When compressed air is supplied to the vortex tube, the air begins to rotate at high speed due to the action of a special component inside the product called the bushing generator. This high-speed rotation generates vortices, compression, expansion, and pressure differences within the cooler, which are used to separate cold air (the side that has lost heat) and hot air (the side that has gained heat). The temperature of the cold air and the cooling capacity are determined by the pressure, temperature, and airflow of the compressed air supplied to the vortex tube (which varies depending on the bushing generator used) and the ratio of the cold air volume to the hot air volume adjusted by the valve on the hot air side of the cooler (cold air ratio). 2. To create stable cold air, please supply clean and dry compressed air.

We also offer a type made of stainless steel. It is rich in wear resistance and weak acid resistance. *However, it cannot be used with sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc. *Some parts of the product are made of brass. Please contact us if you are looking for an all-SUS version.
