"Cellvento 4CHO" is a chemically defined cell culture medium. It has been developed for the proliferation of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells in suspension culture, as well as for the production of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins. It is chemically defined, free from animal-derived components, and does not contain any undefined components such as hydrolysates. Additionally, it does not use L-glutamine. The feed contains both cysteine and tyrosine, eliminating the need for additional alkaline feed. 【Features】 ■ To be widely usable even with cells that have the dhfr gene introduced, it does not contain hypoxanthine or thymidine. ■ To allow fine-tuning of glucose concentration in fed-batch processes, the feed does not contain glucose, which helps keep lactate production low. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
