This is a specialized machine designed for the cleaning and dehydration of sponges used for shaping seaweed, created for a seafood processing company. While referencing existing products, it was manufactured entirely from stainless steel to suit the on-site work requirements. Utilizing high-speed rotation and centrifugal force, it efficiently dehydrates the moisture from the sponges. Unlike conventional machines that could only handle up to four sheets at a time, this model has been improved to accommodate up to five sheets, in line with the processes of seaweed manufacturing. It is also capable of producing replacements for discontinued manufacturer products and improving or redesigning existing equipment.

Applications/Examples of results
This is a record of a sponge dewatering machine manufactured for a seafood processing company, used in the seaweed production process. Due to the manufacturer of the previously used machine going out of business, we were requested to create a replacement machine. While referencing the basic structure of the existing machine, we improved the dewatering capacity from 4 sheets to 5 sheets to match the work units on-site. By eliminating unnecessary functions and simplifying the design, we contributed to improving daily work efficiency. We are capable of producing replacements for seafood processing, food processing, and specialized jigs and machines.
