The Unique Roof Fit method involves installing genuine insulation material (urethane foam) of 50mm to 100mm on top of an existing metal roof, and then layering a spray urethane waterproofing material to create a waterproof layer. Finally, a highly heat-reflective top coat is applied to complete the process. This results in the following benefits: * The thickness of the insulation can be selected from 50mm to 100mm depending on building conditions. * It becomes overwhelmingly cooler in summer and overwhelmingly warmer in winter. * The efficiency of heating and cooling is dramatically improved, significantly reducing power consumption. * Since urethane is layered, the waterproofing effect is enhanced (10-year waterproof guarantee). * The roof is not directly exposed to wind and rain, leading to increased longevity. * When it rains on a metal roof, it can be very noisy and negatively affect the indoor environment, but after the Fit method is applied, the soundproofing effect makes it much quieter.
